- Membership
Is open to any individual over the age
of 40 or a couple, one of which is over
the age of 40 and who is a resident of Sun Lakes
Arizona (Sun Lakes Country Club; Cottonwood/Palo Verde; Iron Oaks;
Sunbird). This club shall not practice
nor permit discrimination on the basis of gender, race, national origin,
religion, or disability.
- Dues
The annual club dues are $10 per individual, and
payable by January 1 of each year. Dues for new members will
be reduced by 50% after July 1 of each year. New members may join
in December at no charge if the membership application with dues
is submitted for the following year.
- Try Us Out
First time attending potential members, who meet membership
age/residence requirements, can attend an event that is open to guests
and pay the event fee WITHOUT paying the annual dues. However,
subsequent attendance to an event requires the annual dues be paid before attending. Former members must pay annual dues before attending any event.
- Guests
Guests invited by a member in good standing, may
attend club events provided there is space available
and the stated guest fee is paid. Priority will be given to
members before guests can be accommodated. An exception is made for Single members who invite one guest to accompany them at the published member rate.
The rules concerning guests for events will
be established on an event-by-event basis. Note: Not all
events are open to guests.
- Cancellation Policy
Deadlines for every event are listed in the newsletter for that event.
Changes, additions or cancellations for any event will be accepted up to the deadline date posted in the newsletter.
No refunds will be issued after the cancellation date.
- E-mail Policy
Use of member e-mails is for 40s/50s+ business only. Do not use member emails for personal business or solicitations. Please respect our members’
privacy.
